This place has been amazing so far! The location is great! Neighbors are friendly! My boys love it, too! The only complaint that I have so far, is I have to keep my heater up more than what I am used to. The inside doors let waaay too much cold air in. The balcony door has ice on the inside when it is super cold, and I have to put plastic wrap over the crack of my main door due to the breeze that comes in very strong.

I have lived here for going on 4 years and all I can say it has done me the job I would be expecting living here. Working FT and PT jobs and had very little issues with my apartment.

The outdoor apartment numbers could be illuminated or displayed in a better way for deliver drivers, or anyone in that matter to find since it’s extremely hard to find when it’s dark out

I personally have a dog Ian’s there are so many other people here that have dogs and I love how nice everybody is. It is fantastic as well being in a quite neighborhood.

We are overall happy with our apartment. Office workers and maintenance are nice. The bedrooms are large for kids and everything kids come with. Downside is laundry room spending almost 20 dollars a week. I wish it was cheaper or every apartment had plugs for washers and dryers in the apartment

I love the environment it's so cozy and a new bathroom plus great amenities too! The neighbors are cool and the pets too. Having work close by goes a long way and Joe runs it's beautifully.

Nice area they have cute little incentives for the neighborhood, I like that they are getting more involved, maintenance is better, the office need a little more work on answering or receiving calls abour a work order and actually putting them in

Great place to be! Clean quiet and well kept neighborhood and friendly neighbors! Dogs are also not noisy! I wish they could upgrade the things but overall would highly recommend

Loved living in this complex, met so many great people, the dog park is nice with the wood chips now when it rains it’s not completely muddy. Only wish the outside of apartment numbers were shown in a better way for delivery drivers because there’s been plenty of nights where doordashers have knocked on my door and left food there

I enjoy living at Willows on Weidman. The community atmosphere is nice and quiet, since it is tucked away from the main road. Parking is wonderful. There are multiple areas to park near each building unit, so you don't have to journey far from your car to get home. All maintenance issues that have arisen have been handled well and in a timely manner. I also love being surrounded by nature with the mature trees and wetland area that is in place for the wildlife.

Maintenance is nice and quick to fix problems, very loud neighbors late at night and banging on walls and screaming. Facilities are nice and kept clean.

Poor customer service, management were unprofessional! I've had a completely miserable year living in my apartment. Between my neighbors, things in the building and the landlords my life here has been absolutely miserable.

Good location, nice amenities, seems to be run well. It is a little bit more pricey than what it should be though. If you can get a roommate then maybe it is worth it.

Apartments are pretty good however we put in maintenance request when we first moved in but they just didn’t fix half of them and marked off that they did. The AC just has not been keeping up and it’s super hot. The neighbors and community are nice though.

Willows on Weidman is a great community to be a part of. I wish the steep increase in rent could also bring fresh updates and upgrades in the apartments.
